COVID-19 and Conveyancing

Our office can now accommodate remote signings, video legal consultations, and hygienic contact-less signings for conveyances! We offer the following signing options to ensure the successful closing of your real estate transaction:

1. Choose remote signing by video-conferencing (Zoom, WeChat, Whatsapp, Skype available) from the comfort of your own home; or
2. Choose contact-less signing by attending our office in-person where you will be safely isolated at all times in our sanitized boardroom.

Both options ensure that social distancing will apply at all times. Our spacious office is set-up to ensure that you will always remain a safe distance from any of our staff or lawyers while ensuring that your real estate transaction closes smoothly.
